Our team works around the clock to produce scrumptious cakes including the Italian Torta, Millefoglie, Bosco Nero, Tiramisu, Chocolate Trio and Nocciola. The Cavallaro Pastry Chefs are constantly looking at creating new delectable cake flavours, with the latest being our Nocciola. The mouth watering Hazelnut Daquoise, Milk Chocolate Mousse and prailine is a must for absolutely any occasion.

Founder | Owner: Sam Cavallaro

Cavallaro's Sweet Indulgence Pty Ltd was established in 1981 by Sam Cavallaro, who saw the need for a quality Continental & Italian Patisserie in the Liverpool area of South-Western Sydney.

Cavallaro’s has been based in Liverpool for 27 years, with the head office and kitchen operating at 253 Macquarie Street for the past 11 years (1997).

With the success of the Westfield Store in Liverpool, Sam continued his dream with the grand opening of the second Pasticceria Cavallaro Store in June 2008 at Westfield Miranda and now Leichhardt.
