Flavours Nocciola – Hazelnut Daquoise, milk chocolate mousse with praline. Chocolate Trio – A Trifecta of White, Milk and Dark Chocolate Mousse.  Italian Torte – Vanilla sponge lightly soaked in a mild Galliano liqueur with one layer chocolate and one layer vanilla custard, masked in a butter cream and roasted sliced almonds.  Bosco NeroTorte - Chocolate sponge lightly soaked in Kirsch liqueur with two layers of sour cherries and fresh cream.  Tiramisu Torte - Vanilla sponge mildly soaked in coffee liqueur, with two layers of mascarpone, masked with fresh cream and sprayed with chocolate.  Chocolate, Caramel or White Mud Cakes - A moist mud cake masked in ganashe. Millefoglie – Four layers of butter puff pastry filled with vanilla bean patisserie cream.  Jam & Cream Vanilla Sponge – A light vanilla sponge with two layers fresh cream and Raspberry jam.  White Chocolate Cheesecake - A white chocolate cheesecake with a hint of lemon.  Ricotta Cake – Baked ricotta encased in a light cinnamon pastry.  Available in the following sizes 8”, 10”, 12”, 14” round only  Profiterole Mountains – Profiteroles filled vanilla and chocolate patisserie custard, (needs to be specified upon placing an order otherwise they are all vanilla filled) then dipped in melted chocolate and decorated with fresh cream and strawberries.  Available in the following serving sizes 15, 20, 30, 40 & 50 (2.5 x profiteroles per serve).
